When I arrived, the staff had my suitcase inside the hotel before I was even out of the taxi. If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.
