Great place when visiting Boston area with a car. Close to Boston and Cambridge but free of the problems of parking and driving in the city. Hotel is easy to find and parking is convenient.

Loved the location and the room was great!
My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. I really wish we booked our room here before our trip to New York (we spent three days in Boston, three days in New York and came back to Bosto

I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to -
Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

The room was great and excellent value for money. The free internet service was also great. I liked the good environmental practices the hotel have and the evidence that they have put a lot of effort into thinking what customers would really like. - Ease of access from Boston Logan airport -- perfect for late/early airport arrivals or departures. For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. The hotel was very pretty, staff was nice, rooms were confortable. Near subway stations, bus stops, etc., also the surroundings were very nice. - Hotel was great, perfect location for seeing all the sights. Perfect location for walking to nearby attractions, shopping and nightlife.

Most of the staff was very friendly, some were a little to "all rules." The shuttle service was actually quite nice and unexpected. I also really liked the open concept for the bar/restaurant - it was very welcoming. -

Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. They went out of their way to make the stay memorable - Friendly good service the staff went out of their way to help. Good location close to Boston Common, historic sights underground etc
