The staff were consistently friendly and courteous. Whether you met them on an elevator ride, or whether you transacted business w/ them - they consistently wore smiles and a courteous, welcoming attitude. - I really enjoyed my stay, and it was a better choice then most hotels in the area. Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

When we parked I was a little concerned as it was our first time and up to this point the trip had been a horrible experience(our other hotel overbooked) just as we were arriving. I am glad they did. The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

The hotel lies in the middle of the down town in a fairly safe area near to almost all of the attractions of the city and within a walking distance from the blue line subway which goes directly to the airport. The ensuite was very huge and very comfortable. It was very clean as well. I really did enjoy my stay there. - location

Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The
rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that
carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head
rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we
take care of guests attitude is a plus in my book. Oh in let

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. I was
a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be
comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very
comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well-
stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was
very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was
top-notch.

I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect
in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm
still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom

From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always available. Excellent recommendations for tours and very informative. They also booked dinner reservations for us. We really enjoyed the King suite. The space was very comfortable. The shower and double sink was truly appreciated. The sky terrace was great. Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. I've already recommended it to friends, who have subsequently recommended it to their friends. Nuff said! -

We stayed in Burnham hotel from 5th to 8th of October, 2013. I enjoyed the whole experience of living here in the heart of Chicago Loop. The hotel has a perfect location close to malls (in front of Macy's), design shops (Nordstorm, DSW, Old Navy and etc.) and grocery stores (Target is the biggest one).

This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Hotel has efficient and friendly staff; fantastic upper floors restored interior and history of the building is exceptionally interesting. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east.
Great bar and bistro on the ground floor.
I will definitely visit again.

The location was perfect!! Near the end of the loop and all the shopping. The Roof bar was a perfect place to start a night out. Then a very short walk to Hubbard Street where there was a ton of other bars and night life!! Try the chicken and waffles in the restaurant, they weren't Roscoe's but the ran a very close second!! -

Good things about the room: clean, great shower apart from the bath, the beds, no noise. Good things about the hotel: at night great lighteffects, good bar, nice personnel, luxury looks.
Good things about neighbourhood of the hotel: lots of restaurants(also for breakfast) and bars around, in the middle of the most important shopping area, lots of interesting things to see and to do (for exemple boattour, musea) on a walking distance.
