This motel is in a good location at the east end of the main street

My husband and I were on a road trip (our first time in Colorado)....this was our best stay on our whole trip ! :-) This is a small family run business. They were nice, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The rooms very clean and neat and had everything we were looking for (refrig / microwave). When I pulled in the driveway, the big sign out front read "Real
Furniture", Free WiFi, Flat Screen Tvs, etc. I wondered what was

The staff was awesome. The front desk gentleman was very welcoming and
gave us great insight into the local dining locations. The lobby
featured a eraser board that "ranked" the local eateries and
that was very helpful. The young lady who checked us out was most
gracious and accomadating and even loaded us up with extra granola
bars for the day. The hotel was not cheap by other towns standards,
but compared to other charges in the Estes Park area it was a value.

I was pleasantly surprised! I booked this because of the rate (hoping it

Room 23 had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a very retro-
looking, old-fashioned motel, right down to the 1950s-ea sign out front,
the kind of place I used to stay when I was a kid with my family.

Great value for price. It is an old school motor coach motel with your own carport and an extra room that used to considered the "parents bedroom". Though it is old it is very well kept, clean and comfortable. And quiet as well even though it is just off a major road through Colorado Springs. It is close to restaurants, shopping, Garden of the Gods, and provides a great stop for access to Pike's Peak and historic Goldfield.

Great Staff, The owner bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable. The price is a great value. Hotel is from 1947 so don't expect modern baths etc. tho Wi-Fi was good, expect the charm of a well maintained hotel from an era long past. Great stay, will stay again
