  Very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast with fresh fruits, very clean room - I liked that the beds are very comfortable with double sheets on the topand bottom of the blankets.

  the staff was friendly and helpful; the parking was reasonable and convenient and parking staff was courteous. The proximity to the Civic Center, The Asian Art Museum, St. Mary's Cathedral, Japantown, Market Street, Union Square was great. The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price.

  Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine.
