  Very cosy and nicely decorated rooms. The Hotel is perfectly located just a minute from the centre of Provincetowrn. Beach towels are provided.   Very cute decor in the room, great location, and attached to a restaurant and bar which was very convenient. We arrived and were able to have lobster dinner right on the spot. It is a family friendly place and also allows dogs so we met some nice families (and dogs). The whole area is gay friendly, and this place puts you right in the middle of the action on the main strip. Lots of club - The staff and the Inn and The Seafood Grille were very polite and accommodating. We had one of the best nights sleep here. The food at the Seafood Grille was very good (and considering I don't eat a lot of seafood, I was impressed with the lobster especially!). We paid to park in the lot across the street from the Inn, and walked everywhere, so we didn't have to worry about the car. We would stay/eat here again.

  Service was great: fresh-baked breakfast tailored to what I wanted to eat, tourism advice, an extra night for free when I had some trouble with public transport on thanksgiving...Rich even washed (and folded!) my clothes for me before I left.
