The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -

This is the second time that I stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort with my baby, now 16-moths old, and my mom and we really love it here. The resort is large, landscaping is perfect so we could take long walks around the resort and the artificial lakes. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

My family enjoyed being able to cook in our own kitchen, we were able to do laundry so it was less clothes being packed going and returning from vacation and we were able to come home with clean clothes. Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Although my family only stayed here for one night I really liked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised in what it offered for the price. Overall design -
The suite (2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus kitchen and living room) was comfortable, clean, nicely designed, and quiet. The free "happy hour" with beer, wine and food was an added surprise, and saved us from having to go out to dinner with 4 kids! Plus the included full-breakfast was amazing! One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to

We were positively surprised about our stay. Warm and frendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included and a pool area which was great with small children. I can warmly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Disney World or other parks. Over exceeded our expectations!
