  Hosts Brian and Pattee could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely, very clean, amenities made our stay so comfortable and convenient. Having the beach right outside our door was fabulous. - The location was pure Cape Cod. The room was perfect, especially with the patio, beach right outside our door.   The cittage was adorable and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Is was very stormy and a shutter came loose and was banging, when I reported it a maintenance fellow was there within 15 minutes and fixed it! - The location was perfect.   It was a great place to stay. Very clean. The staff was great. Everyone is so happy and ready to help with whatever they can. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean as well as the furniture and the bathroom.
