This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and
getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was
accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although
small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

Location is great. Staff was very helpful. We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. The room was lovely and had such a welcoming, warm, homely and cosy atmosphere when I first walked in, with soft lighting and classical music drifting through it. - Beds were very comfortable. Room was well lit and quiet. Ample seating.

The hotel is well situated and is close to the subway,shopping and many interesting parts of the city.

For our first visit to New York we wanted to do it properly and the Hotel on Rivington was fantastic from start to finish! We were well looked after by all the staff and it offered everything we wanted. A Room with a stunning view of the city, a soft bed and in a great part of town.

Very friendly staff, courteous and always eager to help.clean hotel with
good amenities, superb location for first-timers with everything of
tourist interest easily accessible.An elaborate breakfast menu most of
which I couldnt taste since there is little in it for a vegetarian but
nevertheless should suffice. -

I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for
reheating leftovers when the kids were hungry. The staff was courteous
and friendly

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room.
