Beautiful studio in a great location between Broadway and Fifth Avenue, with a nice view on Broadway and the Empire State building. Old building with character and security. The wood floor and the old brick walls, combined with the modern furniture, are fabulous! The two double beds are very comfortable. The small kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of storage space. New bathroom with a bathtub and marble on the walls. We loved it so much that we plan on coming back next time we visit .

The host was really friendly and helpful, even driving in to NY late Friday evening when we locked us out, big thanks! We will book it again!. Macy View was in a great location, comfortable and a good price for New York. Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Friendly staff Excellent location. The apartment living space was roomy,but the kitchen are and bathroom very cramped. The appartment itself was confortable and idealy located in Manhatan?. Location is very good, especially if you compare cost benefit; The bedroom is great and clean. The long hallways inside the building are not well aired and can smell of cooking, but that is a small price to pay for the great benefits of this studio! The very thin curtains are designed to allow a view of the city. At night, you still see the city lights which are beautiful. On the other hand, you can't have privacy if you leave the studio lights turned on. Lacking the following: high stools by the kitchen bar, reading lamp like a floorlamp, TV screen could be mounted on the wall, we had to place it on a chair. Some minor details to be fixed, which will make it even better!. A few more basic cooking items for the kitchen would have been appreciated. Corridor accessing room is not that appealing. You have to pass communal toilets which are a bit offensive. There were very much noise from the street because the windows aren't isolated and closed. The apartment is in a building with very small , even squalid residential apartments with people cooking up smelly food all the time, so getting to the actual apartment s not very pleasant. Doormen and staff are not really friendly and helpful. The building is inside is terrible, it looks like a maze. It's almost scary. There are different types of guestrooms and you should be careful with one you are renting.
