The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was good; included an assortment of breads, muffins, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, a waffle machine to make your own waffles, and fresh fruit. Coffee, tea, and juices were included.
The hotel is walking distance to the beach, but the hotel provides a shuttle service 10AM-12-2PM-4PM. Also close to the Mercato (restaurants and a movie theatre) and to 5th Ave.

We enjoyed a two-night stay at this hotel for a short break in Naples. it is easy to find being on US41 and a 10 minute walk to 5th Ave which is the main shopping and eating street in town. The hotel is smart and tidy with a beautiful view over the water and a nice pool and sunbathing area to relax. The breakfast is excellent value and offers a superb choice with a lovely waterside location to enjoy it. The walk into the main shopping and eating area of 5th Avenue is 5 / 10 mins down one street so possible to stroll on an evening. Location to zoo - 5 minute drive. We had a lovely relaxing stay here and would come again.

For this price the stay was absolutely GREAT the hotel has spacious clean rooms (not that much design) good quality bed and fully equipped kitchen. At the check in there was friendly reception personell, they asked which floor we preferred and if we wanted to overview the pool. We sure did! Basic but tasteful breakfast with eggs bacon toast waffle

The staff was excellent. The grounds were lush, and although not new, the room was clean, tiled, and the beds comfortable. We opted to upgrade to an efficiency on the pool once we were there and it made for a great stay. -

Absolutely beautiful location well kept and right on the docks with bars and restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to in ad out. if you love boats it's right on the dock with beautiful clean Naples, shopping a quick stroke, marina first rate. Awesome for boaters over 22 feet. Our room was welcoming and felt very homey. Our balcony was by the water, which we enjoyed immensely. The fact that there was a microwave in the room was a bonus - it gave us the option of eating supper on our balcony one evening. The location is perfect - within walking distance to 5th Avenue as well as the fabulous beach area.
We will stay here again on our next visit to Naples.
