I accidentally left my iPad under a pile of papers on the table when I checked out. Didn't remember it until I got to Pismo Beach and thought for sure it was gone. Called manager and he went and looked in the room and found the iPad for me and kept it safe until I was able to return to pick it up.

Room is basic but very clean. I especially liked to have the frig and
microwave in the room. Location is perfect, close to everything and
quiet. I would complain about breakfast if I paid $100+ a night but I
didn'T.

This inn is the best value on the central California coast. Decorated as nicely as much more pricy places, it is a clean, comfortable inn, with pleasant, accommodating innkeepers. Nice layout, clean, quiet. We reserved our rooms at what seems, a
significant discount and were pleased with all aspects of the Inn. Easy
to find, easy access for my wife (limited mobility) rooms were
comfortable. We did not take advantage of the continental breakfast, but
were pleased that one was offered especially at the price. We would stay
at this Inn again.

Although the hotel itself was (probably) not new, the room was clean, comfortable and somewhat contemporary. The hotel was well-located just a block from the water at Morro Bay, and overall a good value for the price, -

I enjoyed just about everything. The room very well appointed the linens
were the best I've slept on in a hotel for a long time. Love, love,

This hotel was newly opened and the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included and the choices were good and plentiful. The whole staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Underground parking was secure. The location was just one block from the waterfront and shopping. Sliding glass door opened to a balcony and provided fresh air for the room. Very modern room and bathroom.

The room was immaculately clean, and there were little niceties.....complimentary chips, saltwater taffy, chocolate, juice and water in the fridge, and cinnamon rolls at the cafe next door in the morning. The flat screen TV on the wall was nice too. Although we didn't use the grounds, there were 3 VERY nice seating and relaxing areas. Excellent stay. Room was very clean. I gave front desk "fair" only cause the girl in he afternoon was not very pleasant, however Lindsey is really an asset to this hotel. She was very informative and accommodating and made she we got everything we asked for. I was so happy when she was the one that checked us in. She was very quick and had a smil

Ascot Suites was quaint with a bed and breakfast feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. It was nice to have free breakfast every morning and the free DVD rental was also a nice touch. My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much and I am sure I will be visiting again sometime in the future.

i like that even though the room is small, it's so nice to sit outstide and surf my computer or read. the locatiion is ideal. easy stroll to embarcadero for meals. the beds are comfortable, and rooms are so clean. staff, especially sandy is wonderful. -

The service was top notch. We arrived a bit after office hours but our key was waiting for us and the fire already going in our room when we walked in. It's all in the details and this place hits the nail on the head. Super comfortable bed, spacious rooms and an absolute delight. The complimentary breakfast was just the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend Beach Bungalow to anyone traveling along the California coast.

The location is great - right in the thick of things. I like that you can walk to everywhere. Nice Italian wine bar right across the street. Sweet. Walk down to the waterfront to rend a Kayak, visit restaurants, coffee places, wine tasting, whatever; about a .. what 1 to 2 minute walk. For the price, you just can't beat it. -

As a family of 5 with three children under 10 it's hard to find a room to accommodate. We stayed in a deluxe queen with an extra bed. he extra bed meant there was no floor space but it was only for one night. It was a bit rough around the edges but perfectly clean and quiet. Morro bay itself was lovely and the Galley restaurant excellent -

each room. The owner/staff was very friendly and the whole place has
a pleasant atmosphere. It would normally be a 3 star for me but the
cleanliness, thickness of towels and friendliness took it up a notch.

The motel is located in the old town very close to the shoreline. This is the best part for beautifulviews and restaurants, walks, activities. The room is large enough to have fridge, microwave and table with two chairs. Tea, sugar coffee, glasses were provided. The room was clean. This is one of the cheapest motels you cna book through tools like
