Right from the start upon parking our car in valet was A+ service from that point forward. Every member of the staff no matter at what capacity were helpful, friendly, professional, and made you feel special in every way possible. Great staff. The room was very tastefully appointed, with attention to detail. Although the hotel is in the center of the tourist area, our room was quiet. The parking facilities were across a walkway but quite easy to get to and from. There was a good breakfast selection in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful in providing us with directions to get to San Francisco.

My wife and 3 kids spent one night to attend a b-day party at Del Monte
beach. Couldn't have been more pleased with the price which allowed

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
I forgot an iPhone charger after checkout. The front desk called when found by the cleaning staff and I was able to pick it up before leaving town.

Hotel is in a great part of the coast between LA and SF. The hotel was comfortable and within walking distance of the shops. We did drive to the old fisherman's wharf. But this was because we were out of time and tired. All part of the hotel were clean but we were a bit disappointed we could not do the laundry after 10 pm. Breakfast was good howev

Overall a good place to stay -
The hotel was good. Had a self service laundry. Some rooms have a chaise lounge which was big enough for our 11 year old to sleep on, but make sure you ask for one when you check in. The hotel is on the edge of town, but walking distance to Fishermans wharf. There is a free tram to Cannery row and the aquarium. Best place to eat - Rosines on Alverado street. HUGE portions of cake. Best breakfast - Denny's just across the road.

I liked the arrangement of the hotel itself. Although it had three floors, each room was located around a corner, so it appeared separate from the others.
The location of this hotel is within a few blocks of Cannery Row and the Aquarium- which means everything was within walking distance. The transit lines were likewise. -

Free WiFi, good free breakfast (with a pancake machine!) and lots of parking space is a plus! We will stay here again next time we are in the area

The location to the wharf and Hwy1 was excellent. No traffic noise either. Free room upgrade upon arrival, and the breakfast was great. Friendly staff. - Very nice place, excellent value for money

It was beautiful. Very comfortable. I booked for a group of friends and was pleasently surprised at how nice it was. We really enjoyed our stay although it was only 1 night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The gentlemen making the omletes on the morning of June 8th did a amazing job and was very interactive with us. Its not often you remember the cook.

the position is not central but convenient (near to the highway but not too near). the motel is quiet, clean, have a nice small swimming pool and a jacuzzi. breakfast is included and consists in a good variety of cereals, pastries, fresh waffles and beverages. the rooms are clean and the bathroom is quiet good for a motel. in the room there is a m

there are few places to eat just 3 mins from the motel (a sushi place and a mc donald) -
The room is clean and towels are folded stylishly. Breakfast was great,
it included chocolate muffin, blueberry muffin, waffles, 4 kinds of
cereal, pastries, coffee/juice, bread, bagel. The room itself is
also very comfortable. I think the room is pretty sound-proof. Bed and
blankets are also comfortable and clean. Its worth the money and the
stay was great! Would come back again if I visit Monterey. The location
is very closed to Carmel, 17 mile drive.

The room was clean and had many dish TV program to select. The most important thing is they are all non-smoking room. It is very fair enough with 2 stars hotel rate.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Quiet location, good parking, easy to find from the freeway exit, but it
was a little confusing to navigate to Asilomar grounds (my conference),
though. (Lots of turns and one way streets... Helpful if they had
