Junee's was a lovely place just a charming b & b. with much atmosphere, the food was good and Junee is a delightful hostess with wonderful stories to tell of Alaska. It was also beyond clean, which to me is important.
June has a lot of character and if you have time she tells wonderful stories. Her house is very charming and she serves up a delicious breakfast in the morning.όλα τα σχόλια »
beautiful setting.
interesting hostess.
lots of room.
June is a real character and serves Alaskan breakfasts.
The B&B is out in the country so it is very quiet.
Nice location. Good sized room.June is a real character.
Beautiful views, log home, decks. We were scheduled for a halibut fishing charter and even though it was too early for breakfast June was gracious enough to get up and make us coffee.
The view was lovely. The beds were fine.
Great view of mountains and bay.
The other tenant on our floor locked us out both nights, and we had to go upstairs where the door is always open.
If you stay in the loft in the main house it can be a bit loud in the morning, as she wakes up quite early.
It is out of town, so it is a drive. Nothing is in walking distance.
Not very clean.
Bathroom not cleaned, dust bunnies, expensive. Upstairs room with low ceilings was uncomfortable for my two six feet plus guys. Would not recommend if you plan an early morning departure as there is no breakfast provided.
The bathroom was not clean, nor was the kitchen. We were charged $25/night per child, not $15/night as stated on the website, and June said that was just the way it was. We would not choose this facility again, nor would we recommend it to anyone.
Need help with having towels available and general clean. We did not have a breakfast and were concerned about the kitchen cleanliness. Some maintenance needed on the decks.
