The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility!

It was a rather old-fashioned, charming hotel. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Good value. The breakfast was basic but good. The staff was accomodating. I felt that I was quite lucky in my last minute choice and plan to stay there again on my next visit. - upgraded and staff v accomdating, breakfast was good for price

The Dream Hotel's funky interior impressed the most! If you are staying in the hotel as a couple, there's a good chance you won't leave the room as every corner of it screams 'romance' :) Very clean with excellent quality Etro shower supplies. Well located, very friendly staff, charming and interesting decor, lovely roof terrace and pool allowing a peaceful escape from the hustle of South Beach should you need it. The whole hotel had a hint of the erotic which suited us very well. A little quieter and more peaceful than the beachfront hotels on Ocean drive - of course this is a trade-off from having a sea view but we considered this a better option.

The staff... all the staff members were very helpful, friendly, and definately accomodating. Hotel is a short walk from Lincoln road and the beach. The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside
but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food
I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening
wine tasting! Nice pool. I would stay here again! -
