The shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Lincoln Road are less than 1 mile from the hotel. The Miami International Airport is 20 minutes' drive and the Wolfsonian Museum is 5 minutes’ walk.

This hotel us beautiful .We have stayed at nice hotels before but the service here is exceptional. Jeff and Alex catered to our every need and were very helpful in assisting us on places to go and things to do. They were very warm and friendly. The hotel is very artsy and everything is controlled with an ipad. The curtains even open with the ipad. The bathroom are clean and the shower head in the roof which was different.I will highly recommend this hotel. It was not a s expensive as the other .
όλα τα σχόλια » We had a fantastic stay at the Marlin Hotel and it totally exceeded our expectations. In terms of value for money I'd give it 10/10. It doesn't have a pool but it's walking distance to the beach and to the main restaurant areas and for the quality of the hotel its very reasonably priced for Miami. The staff were so helpful. Alex sat down with us for ages recommending restaurants and places to go to. We were so happy we booked here. The room was well appointed. Very high tech. everything was controlled by an iPad that the staff provided. Cozy(only 14 rooms). Staff was friendly and attentive. They resolved any issues promptly. The hotel was in the center of South Beach near all the action, but was on Collins which was one block from all the noise. Very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The rooms at the hotel are a high tech pleasant experience. Decoration is clean, modern and lightning is delightful. Led color and shades are managed by an iPad at your disposal. The staff is brilliant and there is no hassle to check in or out. It is one of the best hotels in South Beach for those that don't want to spend a fortune at the fancy resorts. Daniela and Jeff are the true gems of the hotel. They were very helpful in finding the right restaurant & things to do and creating a great athmosphere at this hotel. I loved the concept to be able to steer everything via an ipad (light, TV, mood lamps) and connect my iphone to listen to my music at my room. The perfect hotel to stay in south beach! Staff is incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable--especially Alex and Jeff! Cleaning staff is the most efficient I've ever seen (i.e., go out for 30 minutes to get breakfast, and housekeeping has already fixed it up!). The Staff are really friendly. The address is awesome, close to Ocean Drive, Lincoln Rd, The Art Deco area and so on. The room is amazing, with details like good books from Tashen, good light, good TV, Sound, etc. The staff was amazing with all their kindness and recommendations. Fantastic location. One night the sound stage downstairs was so noisy the bed shook. We were moved to a different room. We had to ask for tissues(Kleenex) and ice as these were not provide. No coffee was available at the hotel and there was no restaurant there. Unfortunately there is no breakfast, but the hotel will implement this in the future according to Alex. Very importantly if you happen to be unlucky enough to get a room above a studio (think there are a couple) and they are recording in the middle of the night - you will get woken up! (don't take room 202- ask to be moved!) There was no bar or restaurant as originally expected (it was closed a few months ago but apparently due to re-open at some point) No coffee/tea facilities at all. Fancy and impressive electronics, which occasionally malfunction (e.g., LED lights have a mind of their own). However, staff is very accommodating and either fix the problem immediately or change your room. Must have breakfast as an option. There's a beautiful space close to reception with tables. What about it next time ?. Nothing to complaint about. Lack of restaurant/pool was a bit of a let down, but there's so many great places to eat nearby it hardly matters. Recoding studio sessions could be heard faintly from my room throughout one of the nights, but in a light sleeper. nothing. nothing big.. but maybe there could be some more hanging space for clothing.. Backyard view where carbage is collected every morning, no bar, no service (remodeling work of the public space). There is no breakfest in this hotel. strange smell on first floor, smelt like pot. The personal is too relaxed and absolutely useless. The fact the restaurant was closed even thought he Marlin website still had a gourmet menu that we were looking forward to. No bar and almost impossible to get a coffee. Apparently, the hotel had changed hands a week before which caused the above. We felt we had paid a rate for a proper hotel but only got a room. No breakfast at the hotel. Restaurant not open; Room fixtures broken (and not fixed);.
