I loved the location, it was just two quick blocks from the main strip and everything we needed or wanted was in walking distance. I like the coded entry instead of the typical key entry. I felt safe and secure.
Perfect location, close to everything, yet on the quiet side of the South Beach. Clean, specious luxury apartment, with the kitchen if you prefer to cook your meal. My second time here and definitely be back. όλα τα σχόλια »
The staff was outstanding. The 2 rooms were quite large (for area). Location 1 block from beach. Good deal on parking.
It was a block away from the beach. Walking distance from all the high end restaurants in sobe.

Two bathrooms in the two bedroom apartment. Great location, walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Even though the listing says no parking, we were lucky and there happened to be a car-spot available.

I wish I would have known to bring my own towels and washcloths. They were very limited in supply. Lacked attention to detail with cleanliness in bathrooms and refrigerator, there were a couple gnats that were annoying.
1. Did not have 24 hour staff.
Small amount of dishwashing liquid and some wine glasses might have been nice, but hardly a deal breaker.

Bad soundproofing.
No curtains in the bedroom only blinds that let all the light through, single glass so all the street noises could be heard loud and clear so no good night sleeps. also washer dryer available but no iron and iron board, very loud music from other rooms. Bathroom not clean and sheets with yellow stains on the bed when we arrived but we asked them to change the sheets which they did.
The sheets had dry crusted stains and and were dirty. The white sofas and head beds need cleaned.
Check in and out process. No staff on site after 8:00 pm or before 11
am. Got stuck outside for hours without a code. The code is given to you
on a bulky card to carry in your pocket. No one to reach if there was an
emergency. Booking .com tried to get someone to let me in for more than
30 minutes with no success. There should be an easier way to get in and
out of the hotel.
Staff is terrible, French attitude, may be cause they are French.
Hidden cost, they advertise a price and then they charge you extra $60.
