Rental Agreement: The Villa Sophia sends a rental agreement via email that needs to be returned prior to arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-ins and check-outs cannot be accommodated.
Security Deposit: A security deposit HOLD of 395 USD is required. The deposit will be held a week before you arrive. The HOLD is fully refundable within 14 days of departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
Entertaining: Visits by more than 2 people per day is not permitted without prior consent. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Villa Sophia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 395 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
