Proper documentation must be received within 48-hours of booking, or prior to the day of arrival. Please note: A security deposit of USD 250 will be charged upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check out and is subject to damage inspection from the property. For International guests: After securely inputting your credit card information via PayPal or bank transfer, inform your credit card provider to authorize international transactions in order for your payment to go through. For any additional questions please contact the property owner. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hollywood: PARLOR SUITE in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
