The service at this Hotel ranked up there with service we have received at luxury chains. The hotel is right on the Univ. of Houston campus and thus ran by students. We were amazed at their attentiveness and hospitality. Wish all Hiltons were like this! -

the room was spacious and clean with a large LCD tv set. Use of synthetic marble on sink and sidetops gave the room a neat and tidy look. Round and big shower head made showering a pleasure. No question that this hotel is tops in value for money. Easy to park.. -

Staff here are friendly and helpful. We are really lucky to make friends with Roxana's family. They are keen to help us. They took us to the market, downtown and the beach. Okay - this isn't the Ritz, but in the two times I have stayed there, my room was clean and the bed comfortable. The price is right! Though is is right off I45, the rooms are very quiet.
It is an older place and maybe there are a few things that need repair, but the essentials are fine.

It was comfortable, inexpensive, and very close to the Museum District, which is why I traveled to Houston. -

Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well
maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff
worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very
very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions,

The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot. -

The room was fairly small, but nice. The hotel was comfortable and secure and was very close to the Toyota Center and Convention Center. It was within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice value for the money, considering the prime location. If you are tired of the big convention hotels, this is a nice, quiet alternative.

The price was great and they were one of the few places with rooms available during the Balloon Fiesta. The safe was unbelievably friendly and helpful!!! Rooms were quiet and clean. -
