I absolutely loved this place. The staff is super friendly and extremely
helpful. The house is awesome and very clean. Great common room/tv
room, free wifi throughout, two ipads in the lobby for free use as well;
kitchen is nice too. Loved little touches like an outlet and shelf in

This hostel is absolutely amazing, and by far the best I've ever
visited. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with helpful staff.
It's located in Little Italy, which is a brief 15 minute walk from
downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter. It's clean and has a very home
feeling to it. Every day the hostel offers activities, both daytime and
evening. Breakfast and dinner is complimentary. I was very comfortable
here, and sad to leave when my stay was over. Will definitely stay here
next time I visit

Close to the tall ships (star of India) free breakfast let me and my
friend (who did not stay there) leave our cars in the parking lot even
after we checked out while we toured all day also a big plus with me in
room micro-fridge-iron n board- blow dryer nice firm beds and large room -

Close by are many restaurants and one of the stops for the hop-on hop-off trolley tour, which takes visitors to must-see sights such as Coronado Island and the San Diego zoo. The location is unbeatable if you want to stroll the Gaslight District and visit Horton Mall. The room was on the small side but immaculately clean w/the standard amenities and more. Were booked for Monday night but arrived, unexpectedly, a day early..in the middle of the night. They accommodated very nicely--giving a good rate and complimentary parking. It is very close to the airport (about 1mi) although driving from the
airport is about 2.5 miles. It is a quiet Old town location, but located
on the I-5, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you get ear

Staff was friendly, parked our car very close to our room, likedvthe mini fridge, microwave and the breakfast included, it was more than I thought it would be (breakfast) and it was very convenient so that you got that out of the way and could start your day.
