  The hotel was central to absolutely everything. Walked most of the time. Drove about 2 min to get to Mansions/Cliff Walk. Staff were friendly - allowed us to stay parked for a couple hours after we checked out so we could have lunch. Keurig in room is nice/generous but they need to give a couple more creamers! We had a room with a water view that was spectacular! The staff was great and helped decorate the room with roses and champagne so that my boyfriend could propose when we got back from the vineyards!

  I thought the Inn had everything that we needed for our week end in Newport, RI. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. Plus, there was always a pot of fresh coffee. I would book this Inn again.   I was truly pleased with this particular location. We are a middle aged couple who just decided to take off midweek for a quick trip to the cape/Newport etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous.   This hotel was in an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. Everything was very close, the Mansions were right up the street, as well as the Cliff Walk and many restaurants were within walking distance. Downtown Newport was only a few minutes drive, as well.
