Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside
but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food
I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening
wine tasting! Nice pool. I would stay here again! -

The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Took a 2.50 bus from the airport, and took a 2.00 b

I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

The hotel had a very relaxing and zen feel. I like that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Collins, but still close enough to walk over to the restaraunts and shopping. I also liked that it was an apartment style suite. -
friendly staff, valet guys were great, food was terrific

The staff... all the staff members were very helpful, friendly, and definately accomodating. Hotel is a short walk from Lincoln road and the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable, decor was funky. - This hotel is like home away from home. Very clean. Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly.

new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of
attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and

The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility!
