The hotel was very nicelly decrated. wonderfull garden and pool. Next to the beach but does not hace its own beach. The rooms are clean comfi and big enough. We liked the hotel so much that we were sad that we are only staying for one night after our cruise. We willgo back and definatelly stay in the same hotel - Location, Location and Concierge

Loved the decor, the light airy space that has been created throughout the ground floor.
The pool area was lovely with comfortable and stylish seating.
Restaurant was good for burgers, pasta etc and not too expensive.
Our room (410) was spacious and very trendy with views over the pool and South Beach beyond.

- Unique, art inspired interior
- Very comfortable rooms
- Got two complimentary upgrades to suites (would've been nice if the third room i'd booked had an upgrade too...)
- Willingness of managers to give dining recommendations in the location
- General friendliness of staff. Mickey, one of the pool bar staff, chatted to us about coming from Serbia and his experiences of living in New York and Miami

Do not believe everything you read about this hotel!! I would recommendthis hotel. My stay was very nice. The location is perfect for thebeach, eating, shopping etc. When I arrived at the hotel I was veryupset because my luggage was lost in atl. The staff was very helpful andfriendly. Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside
but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food
I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening
wine tasting! Nice pool. I would stay here again! -

Great hotel in great location.have read other reviews and I can only saythat people who are negative must be very pickey! Staff were lovely,loved the hammocks on the beach and the overall feel of the place, evenwent back for an extra night at the end of the holday. - close to beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants

The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Took a 2.50 bus from the airport, and took a 2.00 b

I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

Professionalism and availability of the staff always ready to support and help the guest making their staying as nice as possible. The location is absolutely fantastic...in the very centre!! - Very comfortable bed, stylish, well-designed room. Room was very quiet. Free wi-fi was much appreciated.

The staff is highly attentive and extremely amenable; the food is great; the pools, beach access and location cannot be beat. -
The staff were excellent well trained and helpful. They have very good fresh coconuts from Thailand.
