Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. I've already recommended it to friends, who have subsequently recommended it to their friends. Nuff said! -

Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection.
Loved being able to walk to shops like Burberry and Zara.

Went down the next moring expressed in a polite way my concerns and Jordan jumped into action and without questions he moved us to the front of the building up to 40. The mattress was significantly better and the view was great. Thank you Jordan! -

The location for shopping, business and sightseeing is excellent. The hotel has a hip, trendy vibe that feels like a welcome touch of Manhattan or Copenhagen. Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect
in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm
still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom

I loved that the room was nicely sized for our family of 4. There was
plenty of room for us to spread out in the room so we didn't feel
like we were right on top of each other. The bathroom was huge, with his

One of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are
immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the
intriguing Chicago skyline! Hotel staff were very friendly and well

Primarily a convention hotel this hotel still offers a great location
and excellent service for tourists. A 20 minute walk to Navy Pier and

My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.
