Staff very helpful and friendly, situated in a good spot and pool and hot tub great to relax around, after a long day on your feet.

I loved the charm of the hotel and the original details. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The valet service was convenient and speedy. Front desk person was very helpful, freindly and represented the hotel very well. -

The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. We have relatives in San Jose and visit often. This will now be our hotel of choice whenever we visit San Jose. Please thank your staff for us. They all made our stay wonderful.
