  The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant in the halls and always greeted us with warm smiles and conversation. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. We have relatives in San Jose and visit often.
