Very helpful staff, spotless well maintained room, good location just off Madison Ave, one block from Grand Central. Lovely fresh breakfast - fruit, pastries, cereals, italian coffee machine, juices. - The staff is great. They allowed a early check in and provided a generous gift for my wife how was celebrating her birthday.
- The hotel propose is also great. Modern and well located. From the room we got I was possible to hear the street noise during the day.
- Definitely, I'll come back to it my next time in NYC.

Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
