The hotel was not what i expected I loved The modern art on display in the lobby. The design , decor along with the art gave the Lobby a museum type feel.
The bed was super comfortable and beddings were pristine -
Staff very accomodating to our needs. Club room staff friendly and helpful.

location was within walking distance to U S Airways. Enjoyed the breakfast and newspaper in the morning. Price was great. Room clean - The facilities were as expected, close to good restaurants.

Helpfulness of staff. The shuttle drove me to an all night Walgreenrather than having me drive there and also provided me with a hardwireconnection for my laptop when my wireless failed. - the location was great. close to the new light rail transportation, the view out of our room was fabulous overlooking the city and the mountains, the pool was he

Loved the price but I most loved the staff. The hotel was overbooked
with a line out the door. You had the most amazing staff that kept their
cool and used problem solving skills to accommodate their customers. I
was extremely impressed. It is sad to say that it is hard to find that
quality of customer service today and I didn't expect to find it

a budget friendly hotel. -
The room was large and more attractive than expected. And it was
surprisingly quiet, although not so much from sound insulation; it
simply was not a rowdy establishment. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were
an impressive bonus for so inexpensive a motel. The restaurant/bar
was casual and friendly. Most of all, I liked the price.

Clean friendly staff and walking distance to saint Joseph hospital which is why I stayed there -
