Was close to where we wanted to be and had a good view of the city.
Comfortable place to stay, bed and pillows where nice and soft.
After the fist room that was not clean they did move us promptly to a new room that was nice and clean. The staff did take care of us. -

This was the very first place I've ever booked and I was a little unsure because it was more an apartment than a hotel. I loved that it is an nice,affordable, hotel very close to the Magnificent Mile. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the kitchen in room: full fridge, stove, microwave, and dishes. The beds have very firm matresses.... which I like. We also had a nice view of the lake from our room. I really enjoyed staying there. It is in a nice clean area of Chicago.
It is an older hotel.....there are many updates in the rooms, but there are a couple of older things in the room too.

I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect
in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm
still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom
mirror. I've never had three TVs in a unit before. Even though we

From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always available. Excellent recommendations for tours and very informative. They also booked dinner reservations for us. We really enjoyed the King suite. The space was very comfortable. The shower and double sink was truly appreciated. The sky terrace was great. Loved it! Stylish hotel, modern, clean room. Phenomenal service from all
hotel staff- the front desk personnel were particularly friendly and
helpful. Provided me with an umbrella as I forgot mine, delivered map
quest directions to my room the morning of my conference, as I
wasn't sure about the location of the conference center. Breakfast
was good, and free wireless was included in the room- contrary to
information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Highly recommend!

the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for
our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake
on the 26th floor. Glad we got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com for $229… The
normal rate for the room was $519… ( For me it was definitely a $200
room but not a $500 room ) Great location one block off

Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other
guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I
liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the
living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p
check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.

The hotel is in a good location, a couple of blocks from the Hancock Center, Oak Street Beach, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. There was a really friendly atmosphere to this hotel -- the 'Sky Lobby' lounge was welcoming and the free manager's drinks early evening were great. The location was excellent for my wife to shop unti she drop. The
beautiful layout of interior and exterior rooms was breath-taking. Our
room was spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. My son
loved the sofa bed which was very comfortable and relaxing as well. We
