  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  The location to downtown Chicago, for a fraction of the cost of other hotels, is what interested me the most about the Chinatown Hotel. Tons of restaurants in the area, and the front desk clerk even recommended a couple favorites.   Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.
