  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone.   Friendly staff. They are one of the few hotels that allows guests to book at age 18. As long as you are respectful and mature they will treat you very well. Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! CTA metro station is in several steps (... τι λέει ο κόσμος » way to airport), bus to Navy Pier is quite near, Sears Tower is viewed from the window, and Museum Campus, Grand Park and Michigan avenue in 15 minute - The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.
