  I loved the rooftop bar! It has a beautiful view of Madison Square Garden and then the world trade towers in the distance. The rooms and hotel were clean and filled with friendly staff and guests. I also loved the selection of complimentary breakfast. It was very convenient for me to grab something quick before leaving.   Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Unusual to see hard surface floors in the room, but made me feel better about cleanliness, potential bug issues. We arrived around midnight after an international flight. Ricky at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet. Our room, #612 was extremely quiet and restful. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later).   I have to start this review by saying thank you so much to Arturo and the entire staff at The Hotel Indigo!! My fiance was away working for our 11th anniversary so we didn't get to spend the day together... Overall, I'm very happy with the stay there.

  The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk to 8th Avenue, eateries, shops, etc. Our room was spacious with excellent WIFI. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially James who sprinted all the way from the hotel to 8th Avenue to flag down a cab for us so that we could be at the Palace Theatre in good time. - Location is excellence, ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » in walking distance to Times Squares, Macy's, 5th Avenue and etc. Wifi works very well everywhere. Room is clean and quiet and bed is good and comfortable. Bathroom has a very good size. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us to find our way to JFK airport!
