  For the money we spent it wasn't that bad at all. It was close to a shopping center. Walmart, stop n shop , dunkin donuts, subway, Chinese food and much much more. It was only a 10 min drive to downtown Newport.   The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The muffins, fruit, juice and coffee in the morning were delicious. The pool and hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable.
