The staff asked my name when I got out of the taxi and then at every stage as I was passed between concierge to reception to bell hop I was greeted by name. They rang forward to reception and announced that Ms Graham had arrived - a nice rock star touch with the practical benefit that all my paperwork was ready to go at the check in desk. Great at

Beautiful hotel. Everything is professional, clean and well organized with efficient and friendly staff. The room is truly luxurious with a great bed. The washroom is beautiful, the separate bath and shower are super nice. Also the gym facilities are top-notch. Definitely recommended.

We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. After all was said and done,

We enjoyed our stay at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel a great deal. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.

I liked the fact that it's the oldest operating hotel in the country
& there is lots of history there. The design is elaborate & like
a palace. Location is great for Millenium Park, shopping, &

Stay every two weeks there; had. first rate Concierge help through Tracey - this time we dined at The Boarding House rest. and met the owner, Alpina Singh (from the WTTW show Check Please); received an autograph and all.while there. I've stayed at a different hotel my last four trips to Chicago,
because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel
Felix is clean, quiet, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is friendly
and accommodating. The location is convenient. This was a great find and

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was
beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented
candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very

Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
