  Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

  We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.
