The location is very central and everything is within a short walking distance. We had a great room on the 29th floor with panoramic view of the city and lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. -

It is a great location with reasonable room rates. Although the rooms are small, they are quaint and very clean. The Tremont is an older hotel with an atmosphere of friendliness. - Great location next to Michigan Ave. and the room was beautiful and comfy.

Clean modern room with decent sized bathroom and large desk to work on. Several reviews said that the petite rooms were too small but I found it a good size. The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Many thanks! -

Loved the location as this lovely boutique hotel is a walking distance from subway, nice restaurants and cafés and all the shopping.

because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel

I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. Lots of good food, hot and cold and plenty of seating.We also liked seeing the skyline from out 12th floor window.

Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

Loved Chicago from the Navy Pier to the museums,the variety of entertainment, the walk-ability of the city, Millennium park, loved it all. Hotel Sax was right in Marina City. There was a little grocery store
close by. Several restuarants within walking distance including
Chicago's House of Blues and Dick's last resort. I was great to
walk just a few steps and look at the Chicago river flowing by. I loved
and and will go there again.
