Omar at the front desk was very helpful in granting our room request on the top floor and Edwin was helpful in keeping our bags for us before/after check-in and check-out. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet.
