The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. I thought the location and price were excellent. The staff were very
helpful and nothing was missing from our experience. The room was
modern, spacious and comfortable with a big bed and great tv. The free

It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am.
The room was small but we loved that it was perfectly clean. We were hardly in the room as we would leave for breakfast at 7am then leave for our sightseeing and

We enjoyed the hot breakfast especially the cheese -
The room was confortable, the matress, pillows and sheets were perfect.
Well maintained, all furniture, carpets, wallpaper, courtains, bathroom, lamps were in good condition.
It wasn't noisy or at least it was not a problem for me (I was on floor 11)
The WiFi is high speed and, at least in my room, the coverage was perfect. And it is free (Try to connect in an Intercontinental Hotel and your pocket will cry ouch) There is also a RJ45 connection in room and a couple of PC with free printer and i

Location was outstanding. Central positioning in Midtown, v close to Empire State & Times Square.
Every request from the hotel was met - extra bedding delivered immediately. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfasts v good.
Some people have complained about the fact that only 2 elevators served (I think) up to 12 floors. Yes there were the

The location is terrific. It is in the middle of manhattan and next to
important subway stations. Extremely convenient transportation. The next
door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes
and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The
room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire
building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed.
And the most important, staffs are very nice! Especially Mathew!

Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration.
The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit.
The location is the best, just in the middle of everything, around corner is the subway station,

For a one night stay for business, this was the perfect choice.
Room was in brand new condition; extremely clean and comfortable.
Easy walk from Penn Station and then to work on Park Avenue.
Felt very safe and found plenty of close by places to eat great food. Also, friends of Bill W only 3 blocks away.

Only the King Size BED, nothing else. - Clean, newly refurbished room. TV, internet, coffee maker, safe box and good toilet,bath/shower room. Bed was excellent! I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional!
