  The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quiet and well-maintained. The location can't be beat. There is an elevator man which makes coming home at night secure.   Small quiet hotel, so no queues to check in or out. Great location, close to Central Park, Rockefeller Centre etc,also close to metro line.Friendly, helpful staff. I can recommend this place if you need a place to sleep. No more , no less. There's no hanging out in the lobby and meet up with some people, because there is no lobby/bar. The entrance has a counter and the elevator up.

  Congratulations to the designer, the bathrooms are a wonder of design in such a tiny space. I was upgraded to a queens room, that was also a corner room.
