  Nice historic hotel with a great location, next to imax, around the corner from the Alamo and 1-2 block walk to the lively area on the Riverwalk. Great base for walking to most downtown spots. Quick trolley ride to the Market Square. Clean and simple rooms were just what we needed. Excellent breakfast with belgian waffle station, breakfast tacos (... τι λέει ο κόσμος » with eggs, refried beans, salsa and cheese), fruit, cereal, bagels/pastries, yogurt, juice/coffee - filled us up all the way until dinner! Staff were - The location is the key factor, actually next door to the Alamo and very close to the Riverwalk area and the Mall. Felt safe to walk in these areas even late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a standard room in an old historic hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was good. The city bus from the airport stops just four blocks from the Crockett, an easy walk passing over the Riverwalk,

  The hotel room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very big flat-screen television and sitting area. The breakfast (included in the nightly rate) was great and provided a variety of hot and cold items. Although not in the middle of the Riverwalk where all the shops and restaurants are located, it was about a 10 minute walk/5 min... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ute walk away. - The hotel was very clean, the staff was professional, the rooms were beautiful, they had free parking, free wi-fi, free breakfast! They even had a pool and a fitness center! They have everything you could need for a great price!

  Everything...from check in to check out...4 star rating with 5 star quality in facility, staff, restaurant, location, ambiance...Booked this hotel after reconnecting with someone after 30 years...could not have picked a better choice in hotel to celebrate this important occassion. You could sleep all day. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk where all the restaurants are.   I really enjoyed my stay there. The room they gave me was clean and nice I felt like I was living in a big house =) The staff was very nice, helpful & respectful. Their continental breakfast was excellent compare to some hotels.
