The rooms were emmaculate. The guest attendants were very helpful and courteous.
Good bang for your buck compared to motels on the island.

I was charged again when I was not even at the Inn. Don't they look to see if I was still there before charging my card again. very upset about that.

Theres alot of roaches in the room
We were eating and roaches were everywere room 164.
I confirmed a room with two queen size beds and got two full sized and when I told the front desk their reply was I have no more rooms. and walked away. also the hot tub was not working and according to the receptionist it has not worked for over a month.
The place was very dirty, found a giant dead cockroach in the middle of the floor of our first room. Didn't look like room was cleaned from previous guests. Found small roach in 2nd room but it was 2 am and hotel was packed.
I reserved two beds, there was only one. My family was charged nearly
twice as much as I paid because they didn't reserve. There was a bad
odor in the room, not enough towels, no plastic cups.
Ac only goes down to 70
NO hot water to shower
the fact that I requested downstairs due to handicap and was given upstairs room
NO wi-fi, it says that it has it but it's too slow..
wall plug in restroom did not work to plug in blow dryer..
The fact that when I called front office, he said he would call back to help and I fell asleep waiting.
I will never stay there again.
White towels didn't look clean. Bath curtain looked dirty.A lot of flies and mosquitos in room.
Dusty,restroom door didn't lock,to much trash everywhere , bad smell in room.

The staff was not people friendly. Our room was not clean. I paid for a
kitchenette but did not have a sink. Only 2 towels in the room. Found
food in the pantry left by prior patrons. Last but not least a cockroach
was running down the wall. We emailed pictures of the room to
letsbookhotel.com so you can see what was wrong with the room.
