The rooms was spacious and very clean. I loved staying at Magical Memories and I would stay again. I have already recommended it to friends and family members who plan to visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area. - Everything about the unit was great! Brand new spacious 4-bedroom. Great location in Kissimee.

I like that facts that the property was well organized and fully furnished with everything. as needed fora family vacation. shopping wise, shopping center was like minutes drive. Having 2 young children renting a villa was so much better they felt at home and were able to run around as they please. This was the first time we rented a villa but wont be the last. Very please with Florida Deluxe Villas

Everything was clean. The villa was a lot nicer than I anticipated. The grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. We had a four bedroom which was ample space for my family of six. This is our second stay at Encantada and we will be staying again and again, this complex is 10 out of 10, i cant fault the place, its clean, modern, has everything you need, there is a target jut down the road for food etc and plenty of restaurants just down the road. The unit was perfect for us: grandparents, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. -
The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

the location as well as the caretakers were both formidable....i would definately stay here again if the opportunity presented itself....accomodated 8 people with ease....location 6 minutes from disney...shopping nearby...walmart...target etc.......tons to do - Very beautiful villa with everything in it.

When we first pulled in the front desk staff was very welcoming.. Entering our villa it was really well put together, clean and very spacious.. Also there was an immaculate view facing the lake.. All the things you could think to need in a home they supplied..(all cooking utensil, washer/dryer etc. Very cost efficient I saved more than i would hav

From the very minute we opened the front door we were struck by the amenities. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to Publix for grocery needs.

Location and size of unit. Good pool and enough bathrooms for the whole family. Price was good for the unit. -
