This hotel was excellent!! The price was right for the four of us to split and the location was spot on!! It was just a few minutes walk from the busy side (west end) of Duval as well as all the restaurants/bars on the marina. The hotel hosted a bunch of pools and different deck levels for tanning. The staff was accommodating, very friendly, and nice enough to let us swim late after we staggered off of Duval. I would definatly recommend this hotel and will definatly be returning next year. J.
όλα τα σχόλια » The location couldn't be better. Quiet, historic residential neighborhood yet only a few blocks from the main attractions near Mallory Square. Three quaint old houses connected together, updated décor and nice bathrooms, 3 small pools. We liked our 116 room which was a spacious quaintly converted attic. Steep narrow stairs but quite private. Not cheap, but good value for Key West. Would stay there again. Great staff, went out of their way to provide excellent service. Beautiful gardens around pools and hot tub. Awesome atmosphere and one of the highlights was when one of their cats came into our room and onto our bed and just hung out for a while. Very chill cat just like the atmosphere. Very modern bathroom/shower. Clean as we would expect. The location was awesome. The front desk was top notch ( they even let us check in before noon because our room was ready). The outdoor area was fabulous and breakfast offering was pretty decent. Ice machine and hot/cold water beverage machine was a plus. The location is perfect( close enough to the action but far enough away that its quiet ). The staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the free wine and the free breakfast. The room was very clean and the queen bed was comfortable. There were several swimming pools which unfortunately we did not use because of the rain.The hotel was easy walking distance to Duval st and Mallory sq. We would come back!!!l. This is a charming B&B centrally located in Key West and walking distance to the High Speed Ferry Port. The grounds are beautifully kept up and they have 3 swimming options: a large pool, a smaller heated pool and a jacuzzi. We had a upstairs balcony room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, within walking distance and very convenient for all areas of interest in Key west. The property is well kept and the fact you have a keyed entrance to the grounds is a bonus for safety and security. We will be happy to return as soon as we can. Liked the location - could walk to everything. Parking was easy - on the street. Our room was large, clean and was in process of a redo. They'll be shutting dow for 3 months to do a major reno. We LIKED the breakfasts...nothing fancy, but plenty. Also wine & cheese in evening!. Great location and walking distance to Duvall Street and other attractions. The room was nice and big and very clean and modern. Lovely pools and an outdoor jacuzzi too so it was a great setting to relax. Breakfast wasn't too bad, but basic. Free wine in the evening was great also!. 3 pools to enjoy, wide and clean room, very welcoming and pleasant staff, beautiful southern wooden mansion, perfect location close to marina, and duval street, nice vegetation and trees, conveniently close to bike rental, stores etc...internet works perfect. Location, location , location The entire staff is at your service . friendly, smiles, helpful. We will recommend Fleming Bed and Breakfast to all friends and family. Really is a special place. Thank you for taking care of us . We shall return Carol and ed. The staff couldn't have been nicer letting us drop off bags early and offering us the facilities/pool late on check-out day if we had down time before the ferry. The location is great...near enough to everything but still a quiet retreat. Jorge and the staff were pleasant and helpful when it came to recommending places in the area to eat to visit. The pools were well kept and off the street so peaceful and quiet. The wine offering in the evening was a nice touch. Love this hotel. The pool is right outside our room (10 steps from our beds). Great staffs and great location. Closes to shops and restaurants. Love the boarding cats. They are so friendly and lovely. Two thumbs up!!. I loved the location and the quietness. Everyone is so polite and friendly. This is a multi-level bed and breakfast so be prepared to climb steps. I will definitely stay here again. The room was also so cute. My husband traveled to the Keys for a short leisure trip. We looked for a place that was close to everything, quaint and reasonally priced. The Fleming B&B fit the bill. We will stay again at the Fleming!. The hotel and grounds were very well layed out and a relaxing spot. Location was very easy to walk around Key West. Never had to use our car. Neighborhood was very scenic with older well kept properties. The room and staff were super nice. I liked the house. The pool and spa area were very nice to go swimming after a long day of walking or biking. Location was excellent. Close to local attractions. Quaint group of buildings with several pools and a hot tub, extensive tropical plantings. Nice and quiet for being a few blocks from town center. Clean comfortable rooms with a very friendly staff. The staff was phenomenal! They were so friendly and accomodating. I almost felt like family. I am certain the concierge will remember my name when I return. I will certainly remember his. Our stay at Fleming B&B was excellent! The staff were very friendly, our rooms were cleaned daily, pools were clean, atmosphere was relaxing. I would recommend Fleming B & B. Rooms are nice. Very good location (short walking distance from Duval street and the beach) and very nice stuff (they let me use their spa shower a few hours after I've checked out). Everything. The location was set off of Duval but close in walking distance to popular spots. The staff was friendly and it was budget friendly. We stayed whilst the hotel was mid re-furbismemt but it was still an excellent experience. Great staff and a lovely place to stay. Wouldn't want any rooms on the first floor (104, 105, 106) as they open up to very public spaces. Their "wine and cheese" is now just "wine...no cheese." For the price of the room, the breakfast was rather skimpy. Not much of a breakfast unless you like fruit muffins juice and coffee. When I think B&B I think homemade breakfast especially at the price. Which leads to price, overall not bad but would have expected better choice of food and more modern appliances(TV, Fridge very old). It was a great experience and we would go again. The water pressure was really really slow. I wish they had a flat screen tv in the room. Beware of parking on the street as there are designated "residential" spots but it is written on the street under the car. There was nothing I didn't like about this wonderful property. Thin walls....we could hear radio, TV, talking- easily next door and walking above us, which is fine, unless it's at 1AM or 6AM! The ordered refrigerators had not arrived, yet. We also did not appreciate our view on deck of all the trash (mattresses, wood, junk etc. from the reno). But, we'd stay there again!!. Maybe a bit pricey, but we went during fantasy fest week! We had a car rented so parking was tricky as there are limited spaces on roadside. nothing. I prefer a more substantial breakfast. The door of our room is a little bit falling apart. The room design is neat but not that moden. Monday morning between 4 and 6 is garbage pick up. It is very loud. The hotel has no control over this, but it will wake you up. Only complaint I can even point to was an odor in our room when we arrived. It was strong for a while. I think it might have been cleaning fluids. It disappeared after a few hours. The breakfast was not what I wanted. It was continental and I was hoping for an actual breakfast. I had gastric bypass and I cannot eat bread or cereal, so there was not much there for me to eat. Would like to see expanded breakfast and happy hour comparable to other offerings at competing Inns and B&Bs nearby. I loved everything!. Breakfast is minimalistic. Having to leave. Minor maintenance needed, but was about to close for period for refurbishment. Did not need but no coffee pot was in our room (over the kitchen) Would be a good idea to put a towel rack near the sink outside the bathroom. Can't think of ONE thing we didn't like. No bananas at breakfast. location is bit far from Duval street and sunset point. but KW is very small so not big problem. There was nothing outstanding and nothing horrible. Just okay for the time that we spent there. Old bathroom. Nothing. They might need a few more people behind the desk. nothing. Breakfast...never ate there because it was all white flour products and processed...plus coffee sucked, but... I am coffee snob. Went out for breakfast to Camilles and Blue Heaven which were awesome!. No soap. Breakfast could have been better. The breakfast is a bit small. No cooked food. Just bagels and yoghurt fruit and cereals. There was no where to hang my clothes nether a wardrobe or a rail. The shower temperature was cold and never got warm. It would have been nice to have a table in the room. Nowhere to lay out maps or computer. Used porch, it was ok, but if breezy a bit of a problem. Breakfast was just okay. Could have thrown in a couple of eggs in there (just saying). Room hot wall ac wrong place in room. Room on third floor no elevator got use to. We had to move rooms after the first night and the second room smelled a little odd but not offensive. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress.
