  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. - everything, The staff was awesome, we had a problem arise with our ac... τι λέει ο κόσμος » unit. there was a new ac with in one hour, no questions asked. the entire staff was great. the location was one block from the beach. We will continue to stay there when ever we go up the Hampton Beach.

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was very comfy. It was very quiet there also considering they were full. Nice ocean view. I enjoyed having the kitchenette. 2 burner stove, mini fridge which was pretty good sized,microwave, pots pans and utensils, coffee pot.Clean towels and a great shower, plenty of hot water. The room was clean and there was a great view of the beach from our balcony facing the ocean. Fantastic restaurant right next door was very convenient.
