  The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen tv in the sitting area. There is even an alarm clock that is iPhone/iPod compatible for charging or playing music from your own device... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . Their breakfast offerings are great with plenty of healthy choices.The subway station is within walking distance and LaGuardia airport is close by. - They give me a free upgrade because They don't have the room I book. it's really big and I think I was living in a room which had a capacity of 4 people... The staff are really nice!

  Stayed at this hotel because we could walk to the tennis centre. Excellent location. With this hotel you get what you pay for. The big difference with this is that the rooms are super clean, the staff are so helpful. They know bus routes, subway routes and are so happy to help a new tourist to New York. The staff were very friendly,they made sure we were using a reliable car service. Also got us an accurate map to get to the nearest subway stop via a bus route. They brought us a space heater to heat the room up faster. This is our second visit here are we will return on our next trip to New York City

  The locstion was very good, far from the busy part of the city and yet close to public transportation which took you soon to all the places you needed to go. It was well cleaned everyday and kept.   The staff was excellent!!! The desk manager was very pleasant and helpful, as my luggage did not arrive on the flight, and he arranged for the shuttle to take me to the airport several times in order for me to retreive my luggage!!!
