  Good value with off-season rate Remarkable Ocean front views. Room renovated (painted) within 7 years. Needs new doors installed. Bathroom was newish and clean. It was quiet (off-season). Popular spot for tent weddings, you might want to make sure you're not surrounded by 200 partying guests on Sat. night. - Pretty much everything was great.
