I emailed the resort twice before our trip and had immediate responses to my questions regarding shuttles from Orlando and car parking during the cruise.   The convenience to the beach was great, and the inside and restaurant were awesome. Also, we were upgraded to a junior suite, it was really nice. These rooms are also sound proof beyond belief! Parking is awesome and the coupons and freebies are great. I also loved the food and the fish tank in the restaurant.
