Location, the towels were nicer than expected, the managers were friendly and helpful, I had a full size refridgerator. For the money, I felt I had great value. the room where very clean the pool was clean an clear close to the beach,off the main street nice an quite great place to stay we will go back here next time. It's a very clean & comfortable place. It's across the street from the beach & it's located in a perfect place. It's very affordable.

I loved the location and the price. It has a full kitchen. We were a two minute walk from the Gulf! 5 minutes to shopping area and restaurants. Location and price were good. Staff was nice, provided brand new iron for my use. We like the location, just one block from the beach!. great value, staff. I had a confirmation number and when I arrived, they told me they were booked. And treated me like it wasn't their fault. They blamed it on booking .com. I will never use booking . Com again. we didn't every thing was great there. The owners daughter is very nasty & rude. When I booked the rooms cause it was a group of us & I asked for the rooms to be next to each other & pool side on the first floor & the day before I confirmed it when we got there she put us all over the place & said u get what u get & don't plain & the last day we were there she was really nasty to us & other people who were staying there she was cussing at other people also. The rooms where dusty and aged, you can tell this place has been here for awhile. hotel is a bit outdated and needs to have a makeover. Outdated and needs to add some updated style. Nothing!. The AC was in the bedroom so it didn't cool the front room very well. The bathroom could be updated. Fridge was broken and not fixed during our stay. Pool was advertised as heated but it wasn'T. Well kept but 'tired' rooms. No three pronged plugs. Could have been nice bed, tv and amenities but ok for motel type. I didnt like that we have to pay 10 dollars for staying a few extra hours at the motels parking after checking out. The parking was almost empty! Thats not good service!! And by the way, you could park in the parkinghouse just over the street for 1 dollar for the whole day... very old furniture. needs to be updated.
