The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors -
5 star service. Warm and friendly staff. The fact that they do not accept tips made their committment to excellence all the more valid.

very large. The city/lake view was great. The highlight for our

This was a very upscale hotel and the staff was very attentive. Starting
our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen,
helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best
reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues. She also made
sure we had access to the hotel's car and driver and reserved times

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Food is excellent at this hotel, do not miss the rooftop bar on a beautiful day and lunch at Nomi was excellent. The concierge staff was helpful with every detail and you cannot

I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked. I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. Stay every two weeks there; had. first rate Concierge help through Tracey - this time we dined at The Boarding House rest. and met the owner, Alpina Singh (from the WTTW show Check Please); received an autograph and all.while there.
